nie możność zalogowania od strony frontendu

Witam!

Przy próbie zalogowania sie od strony frontendu pojawia się pusta strona z komunikatem:



Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


Błąd 403.

Szukałem wyjaśnienia na forum i w internecie, nie znalazłem jednak dobrego rozwiązania. W znalezionych na forach przypadkach były takie odpowiedzi, jak:
1. usunięcie lub zmiana ustawień w htaccess.txt,
2. przywrócenie strony z kopii zapasowej,
3. ktoś proponował zmianę chmodów dla katalogu głównego strony www z instalacją joomla.

ad 1 - to u mnie nie pracuje.
ad 2 - nie bardzo jest z czego.
ad 3 - nie wykonam tego sam - na razie.

Przyczyny: niedawno administrator przeniósł stronę www na nowy serwer. Pozmieniałem ustawienia, ścieżki, hasła w configuration.php tak, jak trzeba, ustawiłem na nowo chmody. Wszystko działa oprócz logownia i wysyłania poczty przez formularz. MOGĘ zalogować się przez backend.

Dane serwera: apache + mysql 5.022 - danych o php nie wyświetla, podejrzewam, że wersja 5...

Joomla 1.0.11 pl Stable, safe mode ON (przy OFF problem nadal się pojawia) , dostęp do wszystkich katalogów OPRÓCZ katalogu TMP.


I pytanie czy to (katalog TMP bez praw zapisu) może być przyczyną? - jak ustawić ten katalog TMP?

Czy może przyczyna leżeć w ustawieniu praw do głównego katalogu z instalacją joomli?

A jestes w stanie sprawdzic (np z poziomu ftp) jakie uprawnienia ma plik index.php ?

Tak, plik index ma 644. Inne moje strony (na innych serwerach) też mają index z taką wartością.

Jeszcze uwaga, za która nie ręczę: kiedyś, kiedy działał mi joomla explorer (administrator chwilowo
przełączył Safe Mode) sprawdziłem CHMODY dla katalogu głównego. CHYBA było to 751, ale czy na pewno i czy dokładnie podał - nie wiem.

Sprawdz chmody dla calego katalogu glownego oraz plikow w nim bedacych . Powinny miec odczyt dla kazdego usera (np 644) Katalogi powinny miec 755

Mam podobny problem.. wystąpił on po zainstalowaniu componentu akolegal teraz za każdym razem wywala mi błąd przy próbie zalogowania się do panelu admina, właściwie to strona logowania też się nie włancza..

próbowałem go całkiem usunąć ale to nie pomogło, a nie wiem co miałbym w nim zmieniać, usunałem linijke "# Send all blocked request to homepage with 403 Forbidden error!
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php [F,L]" ale bez rezultatu

Niestety, zmiany uprawnień do głównego katalogu nic mi nie pomogły.
Pchełek, znalazłeś rozwiązanie?

Najbardziej podejrzewam wersje php, i dostep do /tmp dodatkowo sprawdz w module logowania jaka msz ustawiona sciezke przekierowania po zalogowaniu.

Przy okazji jaka wartość register_globals ?

Kolega to ma nosa :)

Informacji o wersji php joomla wcale mi nie wyświetla w zakładce System i PHP, ale podejrzewam wersję 5, skoro administrator przeniósł stronę na nowy serwer. Nie mogę jej odczytać też instrukcją
phpinfo()... Dziwne. Dostęp do tmp niemożliwy - jako to zmienić? RG = OFF.

ja napisałem do obsługi serwera i naprawili problem, dostałem odpowiedz "poprawilem prawa do katalogu i juz wszystko dziala." chodz samemu sprawdzałem prawa do wszystkich plikow i wygladało to tak jak trzeba
