Sklejenie loga i przerobienie go na flash...

Witam
Zainstalowałem na swojej stronie templatkę Nature vegetal i chciałbym przerobić logo z jpg na flash, ale to logo jest pocięte na mniejsze kawałki...
Dlatego mam 2 pytania:
1.Jak posklejane logo umieścić na stronie?
2.Jak przerobić to logo z jpg na flash?

Daj link do strony z takim themplate'm to coś zdziałamy. Tak to nie wiadomo nawet jakie to ma wymiary.
