How to translate the "Parameters" tag ?

Hello,

Żałujący, JA nie poznaje język polski (polski; blask). Tylko angielski (język angielski). Sprawiać przyjemność (proszę) próbować (próba; wypróbowywać) pomagać mnie z moim kwestia (problemowy):

I'm not a Polish...so I don't know write or read polish, but I like very much your Polish version of joomla, because of the ability to translate the administrator panel.

I install (polish) joomla with english admin but the "Pararmeters" tag still on polish language. Have a look:

Please tell me which file and where I need to translate it to english.

At first, use this 2 patches. Unpack files and upload them to the main Joomla folder (with overwriting)
(1st)
http://www.joomla.pl/index.php/component/option,com_remository/func,fileinfo/id,186/
(2nd)
http://www.joomla.pl/index.php/component/option,com_remository/func,fileinfo/id,187/

To modify the "Parameters" tab just edit the file: /administrator/components/com_xxx/xxx.xml , where xxx is the component name (i.e. content - which was in use on your screen picture)

to be honest ... i'd prefer your english, it's more ... precise ;)
