Mój znajomy ma sklep, chce stworzyć stronę na jednym z szablonów z YOOtheme i kupić pakiet za 249euro po to żebym mógł używać szablony do przygotowywania innych stron. Czy takie coś jest w pełni legalne? Czytałem ich regulamin ale nie znalazłem akurat rozwiązania mojego problemu.

Ależ owszem czemu nie... jak brzmiał tekst znanej piosenki. Widać czytałeś bez zrozumienia, albo nie doczytałeś do końca, bo mają licencje developera:


2.3. Unlimited licenses
If a membership grants you unlimited licenses of a YOOtheme product you are allowed to use the product in all your client projects but it does NOT allow the redistribution of the product in any form. Using a YOOtheme product for your client projects is only granted if you primarily sell your service to your client and not the product itself. If you wish to continue the usage of the product for new website projects you need to renew your membership after the existing membership has expired.
