Błedy po instalacji

Witam
Instalowałem niedawno joomle i było wszystko ok.Niestety musiałem zainstalować ją jeszcze raz gdyż zmieniałem nazwę domeny.Usunąłem wszystko z serwera wgrałem od nowa,bazy też od nowa stworzyłem i po instalacji po uruchomieniu portalu wyskakują mi takie błędy :
Instalowałem wszystko chyba już z 10 razy i cały czas to samo.
Bardzo proszę o pomoc !!!
