Problem rozwiązany przez "cięcie" index.php szablonu
na potrzeby slidera dodane zostało równierz position-15 aby działało niezbędne jest dodanie również <position>position-15</position> w templateDetails i "wykrywanie" w administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=discover
