localhost nie wyświetla podglądu witryny

Spróbuj wywołać stronę z index.php na końcu ścieżki. Prawdopodobnie wrzuciłeś Joomla do folderu głównego, w którym masz standardową stronę serwera (plik index.html).

nie jest w głownym folderze, sciezka wyglada tak : C:\WebServ\httpd (jak już wcześniej pisałem mam tylko jedna stronę wiec nie tworzyłem podkatalogu dla niej oddzielnego w katalogu httpd) i nie ma tam pliku index.html tylko index.php
Próbowałem odrazu po zaistniałym problemie jednak dalej wyświetla się :

Mod_rewrite masz włączony? Być może tutaj jest problem.

W pliku .htaccess jest RewriteEngine On

Jeśli masz Joomla w WebServ\httpd, to skopiuj index.php z paczki Joomla. Webserv nadpisał Ci go przy reinstalacji. Między innymi dlatego strony stawia się w folderach. Webserv jako domyślny też ma index.php, a nie index.html jak myślałem.
