Problem rozwiązany !!!
Pobrałem nową joomle wrzuciłem na serwer plik htaccess zmieniłem na .htaccess dopisałem ######### Usuniecie index.php

RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^[A-Z]{3,9}\ /index\.php\ HTTP/

RewriteRule ^index\.php$ http%2://cyfrowyswiatarka.eu/$1 [R=301,L]
RewriteRule ^index.php/(.*)$ /$1 [R=301,L]
